Who?
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I grew up surrounded by cameras. Before I knew it I'd become captivated by the magic of freezing moments in time and was instantly hooked. I currently reside in Seattle with my wife and daughter.
What?
I specialize in environmental portraiture of children, couples & families, as well as wedding and event photography. Studio sessions have their place, but I believe shooting subjects in their natural setting yields more compelling images.
Why?
Life rushes by far too fast and memory is fleeting. To me, photography is not simply about documenting special memories but rather capturing the essence of the person in that particular moment in time.
